The Painter
Like most fine artists, Kelly has no interest in bookkeeping. She hates it, is nervous about it, and worries what she’s doing wrong — especially in regards to taxes on her Etsy sales.
She also exhibits her work in galleries and spends two weeks each summer studying in France.
Kelly is a sole proprietor with no employees.
We handle her sales tax filings and monthly bookkeeping.
The Graphic Designer
John’s business is organized as an S-corporation, of which he’s the only shareholder. He uses multiple contractors and has a virtual employee in another state.
He’s happy with his business and has no plans for growth, but he does want to spend more time with his family.
We provide the services of an outsourced accountant: monthly bookkeeping, bill payments, payroll, W-2’s, and 1099’s.
The Creative Agency
Sarah and Amy feel like they’ve hit the big time! Business is booming, and they’ve begun to develop podcasts and online courses. Their agency is organized as a multi-member LLC, and they have three employees.
They want an accountant whom they feel “has their back” and can help them make good business decisions.
In addition to handling the accounting nuts and bolts, we also provide custom monthly reports, quarterly Skype sessions, and income tax preparation .
